As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our sales pipeline. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or those with limited experience who are eager to develop their skills in software sales and marketing within the ICT industry.
Responsibilities
Lead Management: Support the sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads.
Market Research: Conduct market research and proactively reach out to schools and educational institutions.
Sales Support: Assist in scheduling and preparing for client presentations, product demos, and follow-up meetings.
Marketing Promotion: Promote marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to drive interest and engagement.
CRM Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and help identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
