Job Description
Kimisitu Investment PLC is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive - Real Estate to join its team in Nairobi. This is a full-time, on-site role centered on identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating sales agreements. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, uphold company standards, and work diligently toward achieving and exceeding set sales targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new leads to grow the real estate portfolio.
Property Viewings: Conduct viewings and provide technical information on various property listings.
Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate the closure of property transactions.
Performance Targets: Work toward achieving and exceeding set monthly and annual sales targets.
Market Expansion: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for market growth.
Operational Standards: Uphold company standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation.
Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Planning: Proficiency in Sales Planning, Target Setting, and Market Research.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Attributes: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales.
Bonus: Familiarity with legal aspects of property transactions is an added advantage.
