Sales Executive - Property

Baron Capital Limited is a non-deposit taking lending institution, registered in Kenya since 2016. We are hiring Sales Executives who will guide clients through our property product offerings up to the execution of the sale. In this role, you will identify and prospect clients, conduct market research, and serve as a brand ambassador for the company. Our property products focus on land sales and development opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Prospecting: Identify business opportunities by prospecting new corporate and individual clients.
• Sales Targets: Achieve set land sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Presentations: Schedule appointments and conduct product demonstrations covering location, benefits, pricing, and payment options.
• Sales Execution: Follow up on prospects until sale execution and ensure excellent after-sale service.
• Business Development: Research and develop new ways of sourcing clients, including targeting groups and institutions for presentations.
• Reporting: Track and record all leads and sales activities in the CRM system; submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing plans, challenges, and achievements.
• Site Visits: Coordinate and be physically present during client site visits to various company projects.
• Client Relations: Handle inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings and foster strong relationships through consistent support and guidance.
• Payment Follow-up: Follow up with payments from clients you have sourced.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Proven ability to sell products successfully.
