Stima Investment Co-operative Society Limited is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Business Development Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets through effective marketing and client engagement within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospects to grow the society's portfolio.
Market and sell company products to both new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, including calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Provide detailed product information and support, recommending suitable offerings based on client needs.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and maintain high-quality delivery.
Present products and services in a clear, structured, and professional manner during client interactions.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall sales and organizational targets.
Ensure accurate communication regarding product availability, pricing, discounts, and terms to prevent customer disputes.
Maintain client accounts through consistent follow-ups, site visits, and the sharing of necessary documentation such as statements, offer letters, and sales agreements.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction from the initial inquiry phase through to the closure of the sale.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience specifically in real estate sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting professional relationships.
High level of computer literacy.
Excellent public relations and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet targets and work effectively under minimal supervision.
