Hotpoint Appliances Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales/Customer Service Interns to support our Sales teams across the following channels:
Retail Sales
Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Support day-to-day sales activities across assigned sales channels.
Assist with sales documentation and invoicing processes.
Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
Work collaboratively with sales and customer service teams to achieve service and sales objectives.

Strong customer service orientation.
Basic sales acumen and an interest in commercial operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in basic computer applications will be an added advantage.
