As a Senior Sales & Customer Manager, you will be the face and voice of the school for families and the wider community. You will play a key role in driving enrolment growth and delivering an outstanding experience for students and parents through the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute KISC’s student recruitment strategy across four campuses
Drive enrolment growth and manage the admissions journey end-to-end
Build strong prospect pipelines through partnerships and outreach
Support parent engagement and student retention initiatives
Track admissions performance through the CRM and share insights with management
Lead and coordinate the local admissions and marketing team
Partner closely with Heads of School on enrolment priorities
Ensure strong and consistent Enko brand visibility across campuses
Requirements and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a Related Field.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management.
Conversion Management: Proven track record in growth and conversion management.
Leadership: Experience in team leadership and stakeholder coordination.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM Tools and Digital Marketing Strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and reporting tools.
Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Mindset: Strong customer-centric mindset with a hands-on and proactive approach.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the Kenyan Private or International School Landscape is highly valuable.
