This internship offers structured exposure to hotel sales operations, where you will learn by doing through supporting real business activities such as client engagement, bookings, and event coordination. You will gain practical knowledge in sales processes, customer relationship management, and revenue generation while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic hotel environment.
What You Will Learn
Sales administration and coordination techniques: Scheduling, contracts, and client communication.
Data Management: Managing client databases and maintaining accurate records.
Professional Documentation: Preparing professional proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
Lead Generation: Strategies including research, telesales, and email outreach.
Client Engagement: Learning through site inspections and after-sales service.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Communication: Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude; excellent written and spoken English.
Attitude: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of PMS/Delphi is an added advantage.
