Job Description

Platinum Credit Limited is a credit-only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team in Nairobi. This role is based on-site at our Applewood Ngong Road office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation and effective client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Generate sales leads and proactively identify potential clients.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients to present financial products and services.
Successfully close sales and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and professional advice to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly within the micro-finance and credit sector.

Requirements

Age: Must be over 18 years old.
Education: Must possess at least a Form Four Certificate, Diploma, or Degree (BA/BSc/HND).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial products is required. Experience in the micro-finance industry, specifically selling logbook loans, is considered an added advantage.
Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve set performance targets.
