We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate based on-site in Timau, Meru, Nkubu, and Chogoria. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and presenting our services effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
Identify potential customers and build lasting relationships.
Present ISP services and network solutions effectively to prospective clients.
Generate and pursue leads on a daily basis.
Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet established targets.
Provide excellent customer service and personalized support.
Stay updated with market trends and competitors to drive high performance and maintain a competitive edge.
Use computer applications and CRM tools for tracking sales progress and managing tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
Proven ability in lead generation, negotiating, and closing sales deals.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet sales goals.
Basic understanding of ISP products and network solutions, with the ability to learn quickly.
Customer service experience and a passion for delivering personalized support.
Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM tools.
Previous experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus.
