Momentum Credit is a financial institution focused on providing structured working capital solutions to Individuals and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent based in Kakamega, Kenya. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, presenting financial products to prospective clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generating high-quality leads and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
Presenting and selling financial products and services to prospective and existing clients.
Building and maintaining strong, positive customer relationships.
Providing excellent customer service and effectively addressing client needs.
Participating in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
Meeting and exceeding set sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office tools to manage sales activities and reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a BA, BSc, or HND qualification.
Proven experience in sales with a passion for achieving targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations.
Knowledge of insurance products and services is considered a distinct advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo continuous professional training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is preferred.
