The Sales Admin Associate for Beverages & Snacks provides essential back-office and administrative support to the sales team. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of sales operations by managing order processing, coordinating across departments, and maintaining accurate data related to customers and promotions. The position is based in Nakuru and requires a professional who can handle high-pressure environments with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide back-office and administrative support to the Beverages & Snacks sales team.
Process and validate sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with sales representatives, distributors, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain customer master data, pricing, and promotional schemes within the system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Track promotions, discounts, and market executions.
Handle distributor queries and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements and Skills
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in sales operations or sales administration, specifically within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
