Reeds Africa Consult (RAC) is seeking a Sales Account Executive to promote company products and services, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that set sales targets are met.
Identifying and visiting potential customers for new business and opportunities.
Developing client proposals and pitching for new signage business.
Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing the sales.
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on buying trends.
Analyzing and investigating price, demand, and competition.
Developing, managing, and enriching customer relations.
Providing help and advice to customers using company products and services.
Ensuring that client projects are implemented according to schedule.
Investigating, solving customer problems and handling customer complaints.
Developing and negotiating business contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent relationship management abilities.
