MGM Muthu Hotels is an international hotel chain that expanded into Kenya in 2022. Known for its focus on luxury and unique travel experiences, the hotel group is seeking a dedicated Rooms Division In-Charge for its Nairobi operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the rooms division department to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all guests.
Role Overview
The Rooms Division In-Charge is a key leadership role responsible for the efficient operation of guest rooms and related services. This position involves managing departments such as the Front Office and Housekeeping to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and luxury.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Housekeeping.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing high-quality service and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards throughout all guest areas.
Lead and support staff members to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a BA/BSc/HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Prior experience in hospitality operations is highly desirable.
