The Revenue Operations Specialist manages sophisticated software pricing models, complex financial modeling, and provides strategic deal support by partnering across Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Licensing Architecture: Manage sophisticated software pricing models, including legacy SKU governance and new product licensing rollouts.
Advanced Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex Excel models (Power Query/Power Pivot) to analyze deal profitability and data integrity.
Strategic Deal Support: Partner across Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure complex deals, focusing on upsell opportunities (70–80%) and new logo acquisitions.
Systems Integration: Navigate M&A pricing transitions and integrate legacy systems into a unified catalog.
Operational Oversight: Use Salesforce and BI tools to track performance, spot data anomalies, and propose structural solutions.
Technical Requirements
Environment: Deep experience in a SaaS or software development setting (non-HR/services).
The Excel Stack: Mastery of Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas is non-negotiable.
Sales Tech: Proficiency in Salesforce (or ClientSpace), DocuSign, and SharePoint.
Data Literacy: Ability to work with Power BI/Tableau and basic SQL is a major plus.
M&A Exposure: Proven experience handling pricing transitions during mergers or legacy system migrations.
