Soroi Collection, a family-run brand of luxury eco-camps and lodges, is seeking self-motivated, passionate, and professionally qualified team members to join our team in preparation for the upcoming opening of new units in various regions across Kenya. We aim to deliver exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences in Africa’s wild heart.
Role Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the dining operations at one of our luxury units. This involves leading the service team, ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service, and maintaining the boutique charm that defines the Soroi Collection experience.
Specific Locations for New Units
Selected candidates may be stationed at any of the following new properties:
Soroi Samburu Lodge - Samburu National Reserve
Soroi Laimara Amboseli - Amboseli National Reserve
Soroi Blue - Diani-Coastal region
Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff shifts.
Ensure guests receive exceptional service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Coordinate between the kitchen and the front-of-house team for seamless service.
Maintain quality control for all food and beverage offerings.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Professional qualifications specific to the hospitality and restaurant sector.
Self-motivated and passionate about delivering high-end guest experiences.
Ability to work in remote safari or coastal locations.
