MGM Muthu Hotels in Kenya, following the acquisition of premier properties in 2022, is looking to enhance its guest experience by hiring a professional Restaurant Manager. The role is based in Nairobi and focuses on maintaining luxury standards and delivering a unique experience at the heart of the hotel's dining operations.
Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the hospitality department.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to hotel standards.

Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Field: Background or interest in Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant management.
Location: Candidates must be able to work in Nairobi.
