The Resource Coordination Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Public Affairs Officer (or PAO designee) and supervises one locally employed (LE) staff, the Resource Coordination Assistant (Position number C65027). This specialist serves as the leading Public Diplomacy Locally Employed (LE) Staff responsible for managing the financial, program, human, and property resources that support Public Diplomacy (PD) projects and programs countrywide. The role ensures efficient resource utilization and compliance.
Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Organizational Management, Accounting, Public Administration or local equivalent is required.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in a major organization is required in one or more of the following fields: budget, accounting, business administration, financial management, organizational management, public administration, project management, or grants management work.
