Macheo supports vulnerable children with a tailored set of cost-effective interventions that address their needs and the underlying root causes of these. The aim is to ensure that they live a fulfilling life and, in turn, provide a good environment for the next generation.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential caregiver, a woman (40+ Years) to Join our Residential Care Facility Team. You will be working closely with Children, Providing Care, counselling and support in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
Provide daily care and supervision to children in the residential care facility.
Offer counseling and emotional support to children to foster a healthy development environment.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and compassionate atmosphere within the facility.
Reside on-site to provide consistent support and care as part of the residential team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a woman aged 40 years or older.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Reliable, patient, and compassionate character.
Strong empathy and a genuine passion for working with children.
Willingness and ability to live on-site.
