Ideon Limited is seeking a qualified Relationship Officer to be based in Njukini, Taita Taveta. In this role, you will be responsible for client acquisition and retention, meeting loan disbursement and collection targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
At least 2 years work experience as a loan officer, collection officer, or relationship officer.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good negotiation skills.
