Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Actively manage client relationships, promote the company's financial products, and proactively generate quality leads.
Needs Assessment & Sales: Identify specific client needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and work towards achieving set sales targets.
Customer Support: Handle client inquiries efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and support the overall service delivery process to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and ensure that all activities are in full compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Previous customer-facing experience within the banking or finance sector is highly desirable.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in sales and client relations management.
