Role Overview\nThe Relationship Manager, Trustee Services is responsible for growing the Bank’s market share in corporate trustee services and ensuring that assigned financial and business growth targets are met. The role involves conducting compliance reviews, mitigating risks, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining high-quality relationships with new and existing clients.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Grow KCB Bank's market share in corporate trustee services and ensure financial growth targets are achieved.\n* Undertake compliance reviews for all schemes under management in line with the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Act and Regulations.\n* Resolve all compliance issues identified during reviews.\n* Manage and mitigate all risks associated with corporate trustee services.\n* Implement the corporate trustee services strategy in alignment with KCB’s overall strategy and policies.\n* Serve as a knowledgeable, service-focused point of contact for new and existing clients.\n* Attend client meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), delivering professional presentations as needed.\n* Convene quarterly corporate trustee meetings.\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n* A minimum of four to six (4-6) years of work experience.\n* At least 4 years of experience in the capital markets industry, with demonstrated expertise in collective investment schemes management, investments, and trustee services.\n* At least 3 years of experience in Relationship Management.\n* At least 3 years of experience in business development.\n* At least 3 years of experience in Risk & Compliance.\n* Academic qualification: BA/BSc/HND from a recognized institution.
