Stan Consulting Group Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager - Chinese Desk to identify, develop, and manage relationships with Chinese businesses and networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing the existing portfolio, and driving business growth across deposits, trade finance, remittances, guarantees, and foreign exchange income.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with Chinese businesses and networks.
Acquire new clients and grow the existing client portfolio.
Grow business in deposits, trade finance, remittances, guarantees, and foreign exchange income.
Achieve targets in assets, liabilities, and non-funded income.
Manage and grow a portfolio of Chinese-speaking clients.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Chinese associations.
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and advisory needs.
Provide high-quality customer service across all client interactions.
Develop external networks within the Chinese business ecosystem.
Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Support smooth client onboarding and transaction processing.
Build strong internal relationships across departments.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory.
Experience in banking, sales, or relationship management is an added advantage.
Understanding of trade finance and corporate banking products is desirable.
Strong relationship management and business development skills.
Cross-cultural sensitivity.
