The Sales Manager will drive sales growth in the assigned region by achieving targets, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening market presence. The role involves managing retail sales, building strong relationships with dealers and financiers, and leading the regional sales team to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Set retail targets within the assigned area.
Grow the dealer network and retail sales, both cash and finance, within the designated area.
Achieve set sales targets in the region.
Prepare and submit sales reports according to the standard formats requested.
Ensure brand visibility and promotion within the region.
Manage all test rides allocated in the region.
Increase market share according to agreed measures.
Provide leadership and guidance to the assigned team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and financiers.
Perform any other duties assigned by management with diligence.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or business-related courses.
Knowledge in basic computer packages (Especially MS Excel and MS Word).
At least three years working experience in the same/related position.
Must possess good communication skills.
Must be of good conduct and integrity.
Must be willing and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Must have a better understanding of both TVS Bikes.
