The Regional FSE (Field Service Engineer) Manager for Automation at Sidel offers a unique opportunity to lead, develop, and inspire a team of highly skilled engineers while driving operational excellence across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical interventions are executed efficiently, maintaining high safety standards, and aligning the engineering team with organizational goals.\n\n### Your Mission\n\n* Serve as the primary point of contact for FSEs regarding challenges or issues arising on-site during technical interventions.\n* Collaborate with stakeholders and FSEs to ensure technical requirements, timing, and resources are correctly allocated for field activities.\n* Assist the planning team by recommending suitable FSEs for specific missions based on their skillsets and availability.\n* Communicate company strategies and key messages to ensure the engineering team is aligned with global organizational objectives.\n* Set and monitor KPIs, conducting Annual Performance Assessments (APA) and mid-year reviews to track engineering progress and development.\n* Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any on-site accidents in collaboration with the HSE team to identify preventive measures.\n* Manage leave requests, approve expenses, and review post-intervention reports for accuracy and completeness.\n* Ensure FSEs meet training standards, pursue multi-skill development, and maintain up-to-date HSE certifications.\n* Oversee the provision of necessary tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), collaborating with finance for cost management.\n* Lead the identification and onboarding of new technical talent to meet business demands.\n* Gather post-intervention feedback from engineers to improve processes and working conditions.\n* Ensure optimal occupation levels for FSEs to support both business needs and individual career growth.\n\n### Requirements\n\n* A University degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Engineering or a related field.\n* Mandatory technical knowledge of the beverage manufacturing industry.\n* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\n* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of technical professionals.\n* Demonstrated experience in field service operations or technical management.\n\n### How to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit their applications through the Sidel career portal via the link provided below.
