Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Red Seal Plumbing Specialist for a major high-rise accommodation project in Nairobi, Kenya. The role involves installation, testing, commissioning, and quality control of domestic water, drainage, firefighting, irrigation, swimming pool, and specialized plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Install hot/cold water supply, drainage, soil, waste, and vent systems
Install sanitary fixtures, pumps, tanks, filtration, and booster systems
Execute underground drainage and specialized plumbing works
Install irrigation, wet risers, sprinkler systems, jacuzzi, and pool piping
Conduct pressure testing, drainage testing, and system commissioning
Ensure compliance with British Standards, local codes, and OSHA safety standards

Requirements

Red Seal Plumbing Certification
5+ years of high-rise or commercial construction experience
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and plumbing systems
Experience with firefighting and specialized water systems preferred
International project experience is an advantage
1 year contract
