The group specializes in sourcing top talent, from entry-level to executive roles, and delivering tailored HR solutions that align with clients' business goals.
This role is crucial for supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and administrative support related to placements, particularly within Africa.
Role Highlights/Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with Africa-based stakeholders.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and providing daily updates.
- Supporting documentation, preparing offers, and managing joining formalities.
- Gaining experience and learning international recruitment and Africa hiring processes.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Qualification: A minimum qualification of BA/BSc/HND.
- Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Must possess strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working proficiently with tracking systems and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Exposure to agency or international hiring environments is highly desirable (a plus).
