Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and overall hiring progress.
- Extend offers and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, specifically handling full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven experience filling roles independently and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills are essential.
- Must have experience utilizing ATS systems and various sourcing tools.
- Requires excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet hiring deadlines.
- Qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
