Role Overview
MGM Muthu Hotels, a luxury hospitality group that established its presence in Kenya in 2022, is seeking to recruit professional and welcoming Receptionists to join their team in Nairobi. The hotel group focuses on providing unique wildlife and adventure experiences with luxury at its heart. The Receptionist role is the first point of contact for guests and is critical in delivering a high-quality, professional experience.
Responsibilities
Greeting guests upon arrival and facilitating the check-in and check-out processes.
Providing professional and friendly customer service to international and local travelers.
Managing front-desk administrative tasks and responding to guest inquiries.
Maintaining clear communication with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handling phone calls and emails efficiently.
Ensuring the lobby area maintains a professional appearance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Possession of a BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
