Our client is seeking an experienced front desk professional to manage customer inquiries and oversee daily front desk operations. The successful candidate will be the face of the organization, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a professional atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
Receive and welcome clients and visitors courteously while ensuring the reception area remains clean and organized.
Manage front office operations and handle all correspondences while scheduling appointments with respective office bearers.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports for Senior Management.
Coordinate meetings and ensure meeting areas are set up appropriately.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain strict confidentiality of information and internal documents while upholding ethics and professional standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a busy office environment.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operation of office equipment such as multi-line phones and printers.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Superior customer service skills with experience handling a multicultural setup.
