Role Overview
The Quality, Methods & Reuse Lead is a Senior Manager-level role responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing KPMG T&I's delivery quality standards, methodology frameworks, and reuse discipline across all five capability blocks. This role ensures that KPMG T&I's delivery approach is consistently excellent—not dependent on individual talent variation—and that the intellectual assets developed through delivery experience are systematically codified and reused. The Quality and Methods Lead serves as the structural mechanism that prevents quality from degrading as delivery volumes grow.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and enforce delivery quality standards across capability blocks.
Develop and manage methodology frameworks to ensure consistent service delivery.
Implement a reuse discipline to codify and leverage intellectual assets developed from delivery experiences.
Act as a structural mechanism to maintain quality excellence as delivery volumes increase.
Ensure delivery approaches are standardized and not reliant on individual talent variations.
Academic/ Professional Qualifications and Experience
Relevant degree in Business, Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent quality management certification (preferred).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in technology consulting.
At least 3 years in a quality management, methodology, or practice development role.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing quality frameworks in a professional services or consulting environment.
Strong technical writing capability and the ability to produce clear, structured methodology documentation.
