Job Description

CDL Human Resource is seeking a Property Accountant to manage financial data and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and monitoring financial data such as sales revenues and liabilities, preparing financial statements, and managing tax payments. This role is ideal for a candidate with proven experience in setting up accounting systems from scratch and who is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and monitor financial data (e.g., sales revenues and liabilities).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).
Forecast costs and revenues.
Manage tax payments.
Organize internal audits.
Prepare budgets for the entire company and by department.
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements and Skills

Over 5 years of work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures.
Proven experience in setting up accounting systems and preparing financial statements from scratch.
Solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
Additional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
Availability to start immediately.
