Calltronix Contact & Training Centre is seeking a Project Manager for their KatiCRM product. This role involves leading and coordinating project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of projects. The primary focus is to create and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets while acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Planning and Management: Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk and Performance Tracking: Handle risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking throughout project lifecycles.
Contractual Compliance: Ensure all contractual deliverables are met and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
Reporting and Improvement: Monitor project progress, report findings to management, and continuously work to improve project delivery processes.
Requirements
Education: A degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Experience: 2–3 years of professional project management experience, preferably within a technology or contact centre environment.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CRM systems and related technical concepts.
Project Management Skills: Experience managing budgets, timelines, and full project lifecycles.
Certifications: Familiarity with project management tools and best practices; PMP certification is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
