Role Overview
As a Project Manager at Flexi-Personnel, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in the effective utilization of ERP and CRM software. Your role involves analyzing client needs and conducting personalized training sessions to ensure the delivery of optimal management solutions. Beyond direct client engagement, you will support the growth of the partner network by coaching and helping partners across the region to successfully implement customer projects and achieve software expertise.
This position provides the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including developing larger accounts and providing tailor-made training solutions to meet diverse business requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Project Implementation
Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Oversee the implementation of agreed-upon ERP and CRM software solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships of trust with existing customers.
Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication regarding status and ongoing tasks.
Organize and provide follow-up support for software implementations.
Other Key Responsibilities
Provide constructive feedback to internal stakeholders and partners based on project outcomes.
Deliver high-quality coaching and training to users and partner networks.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BA, BSc, HND, MBA, MSc, or MA).
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within project management or software implementation.
Language: Fluency in understanding and communicating in English.
Learning Agility: Must be a fast learner capable of adapting to new technologies and processes.
