As the Project Manager Digitalization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering key digitalization initiatives across Airflo’s entities. Your role operates at a tactical level, ensuring that cross-functional digital projects—ranging from system implementations to process automation and data-driven initiatives—are executed in line with strategic goals, delivered on time, and provide measurable value. You will coordinate across business domains, geographies, and stakeholders, acting as a key player to ensure clarity, focus, and accountability across the digitalization roadmap.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n#### Project Management\n* Coordinate and manage multiple digitalization initiatives, ensuring delivery according to timelines, scope, and budget.\n* Translate strategic goals into detailed project and workstream plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.\n* Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed in response to evolving priorities, scope changes, or risks.\n* Ensure governance and structure are in place to track progress (e.g., planning tools, reporting cadences, logs).\n\n#### Stakeholder Management & Communication\n* Maintain strong communication across all entities and business functions.\n* Act as the central point of contact between the digitalization team, business owners, IT/data teams, and external partners.\n* Communicate project status, blockers, and success metrics to leadership and project contributors.\n* Address resistance to change and support adoption by promoting transparency and clarity.\n\n#### Resource & Delivery Coordination\n* Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure appropriate expertise and capacity across initiatives.\n* Define and track scope, roles, and responsibilities in each workstream.\n* Track and manage budgets, supplier performance, and deliverables.\n\n#### Continuous Improvement\n* Conduct post-initiative reviews and collect feedback to improve future rollouts.\n* Identify opportunities for better collaboration and more effective project execution methods.\n* Support the refinement of project methodologies for digital and cross-border transformations.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Bachelor of Business Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.\n* 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with digital transformation projects.\n* Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector is highly preferred.\n* A strong interest and understanding of logistics information systems and technology.\n* Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is an advantage.\n* Proficient in MS-Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\n* Familiarity with digital systems in logistics such as CargoWise or comparable TMS.\n* CargoWise certified “Operator-level” is a plus.
