Program Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, categorize, and update digital learning content as directed by Faculty members.
• Create content that promotes health literacy and engages users in understanding public health issues.
• Provide support for relevant databases.
• Monitor LMS performance, uptime, and reliability, including backups and optimization checks.
• Assist users, including Fellows, mentors, and administrators, with troubleshooting support.
• Generate basic analytics reports such as enrollment, completion rates, and attendance.
• Document information requests from users.
• Create knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common issues.
• Conduct user training sessions and orientations.
• Schedule and coordinate system maintenance windows.
• Regularly back up content and configurations.
• Develop and disseminate communications related to women's health topics, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.

Vacancy Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, Knowledge Management, or a related field (Mandatory).
• Knowledge in Learning Management System will be an added advantage (Added Advantage).
• Problem-solving and Good organizational skills (Mandatory).
• IT skills, including internet research skills (Mandatory).
• Teamwork and customer care skills (Mandatory).
