Role Overview
The Program Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent service to clients and ensuring an overall positive client experience. This role involves comprehensive program management, client administration, and meticulous coordination to support the university's objectives and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration and operational aspects of assigned programs.
Client Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive.
Administration: Manage documentation, records, and schedules related to program activities.
Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service in all interactions with stakeholders and program participants.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in administration, program coordination, or a related field.
Evidence of strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
