Job Description
MSVL Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for an Avocado Oil Processing Factory. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing staff, and ensuring that machinery is operated efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and production staff.
Ensure machinery is operated efficiently and safely.
Monitor production output, yields, and quality standards.
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Report production metrics and issues to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Prior experience in avocado oil production is preferred.
Experience in olive oil processing is acceptable as an alternative if avocado oil experience is not available.
Strong understanding of cold-press and oil extraction machinery.
Demonstrated ability to manage production teams and shift operations.
A technical and problem-solving mindset.
