Role Overview The World Bank Group (WBG) is seeking a Product Owner (Associate Senior Product Owner) to lead its adoption team in Nairobi. The role focuses on driving digital adoption and technology enablement, establishing agile structures, and managing region-specific product roadmaps to deliver measurable business value. ### Responsibilities - Establish agile structures and processes (Scrum/Kanban) for the adoption team. - Define KPIs and align regional resources to meet adoption goals. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements using practice-based personas. - Manage and prioritize a complex region-specific backlog of user stories. - Identify high-value business teams for coaching and tailored advisory sessions. - Oversee regional enablement events such as Tech Talks and consultations. - Maintain telemetry-driven dashboards to monitor adoption and usage. - Mentor and coach team members to build digital dexterity and service-oriented mindsets. ### Qualifications & Experience - Master’s degree with 8 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrated experience in product operations, digital adoption, or IT service enablement. - Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Ability to use telemetry data to assess impact and drive improvement. - Strong leadership and team coaching skills. ### How to Apply Interested candidates should apply online through the official World Bank Group career portal: .
