The Private & Executive Banking Relationship Manager is a hybrid role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients across both Private and Executive segments in the Nanyuki and Meru regions.
The role involves delivering tailored financial solutions across lending, investments, and transactional products, with a strong focus on deepening client relationships and driving revenue through proactive sales and advisory. It also requires effective credit and risk management, strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, and consistently delivering a high-quality client experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: First Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial acumen.
Track Record: Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
