Job Description
The Principal Officer – Staffing supports staffing operations within the Commission to ensure effective allocation and deployment of teaching personnel. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the teaching workforce across various institutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supporting teacher recruitment and deployment processes.
Managing staffing records and documentation.
Monitoring teacher establishment and staffing levels across institutions.
Coordinating teacher postings and transfers.
Supporting workforce planning within the teaching service.
Preparing staffing reports and data analysis.
Supporting staffing policy implementation.
Liaising with relevant stakeholders on staffing matters.

Requirements and Qualifications
Possession of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
