Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a Plumbing Consultant to inspect, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage systems, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages.
Install new plumbing fixtures, piping, pumps, valves, and fittings.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize plumbing failures.
Respond to emergency plumbing issues within agreed response times.
Advise AMSOL on plumbing improvements and water conservation measures.
Prepare service reports after every assignment.
Recommend materials and provide cost estimates before major repairs.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with Kenyan safety regulations and building standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Trade Test Certificate in Plumbing (Grade I, II, or III), Craft Certificate, Diploma in Plumbing, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' practical plumbing experience.
Experience working in commercial buildings, offices, factories, or institutions will be an added advantage.
