Job Description
The Platform Transformation Lead is an Associate Director-level role responsible for owning and driving KPMG's revenue from enterprise platform transformation mandates—specifically Microsoft (Azure, M365, Dynamics), ServiceNow, SAP, and Oracle—across African markets. This role bridges the commercial pursuit of large platform deals with hands-on delivery leadership, ensuring that KPMG's platform practice is commercially productive, technically credible, and alliance-aligned. The Platform Transformation Lead is a key revenue contributor and acts as a critical anchor for KPMG's relationships with its four primary technology alliance partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive revenue from enterprise platform transformation mandates (Microsoft, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) across Africa.
Lead large-scale transformation programmes including ERP, cloud, and ITSM initiatives for enterprise and government clients.
Bridge commercial sales pursuits with technical delivery leadership to ensure practice productivity.
Manage and anchor relationships with primary technology alliance partners in a revenue-generating context.
Ensure technical credibility and alignment with alliance standards.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering.
Mandatory certification in at least one primary alliance platform (Microsoft Azure/M365, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle Cloud).
Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, with at least 5 years at Director or equivalent level.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform transformation programmes in Africa.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
