Job Description
Jocham Hospital is a leading private medical service provider situated along Mombasa/Malindi Road; after Nyali Bridge within Mombasa County. The hospital is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced Pharmacists to join its medical team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing expert advice to healthcare professionals and patients, and managing pharmaceutical supplies within the facility.
Responsibilities
Dispensing prescription medications to patients accurately.
Checking for drug interactions and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Providing consultation and advice to patients regarding their medications.
Managing pharmacy inventory and ensuring proper storage of medicines.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan and monitor patient drug therapy.
Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a relevant pharmaceutical field.
Education: Must be a holder of a minimum of a Diploma in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
