Role Overview
Biodeal Laboratories Limited is hiring five Registered Pharmacists to support Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and GMP Site functions within our manufacturing facility in Nairobi. You will work at the core of our WHO-GMP operations, ensuring compliance, supporting regulatory submissions, reviewing documentation, and guiding teams on proper manufacturing practices. This role is hands-on and responsibility-driven, contributing to decisions that directly impact product quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), and GMP Site functions within the manufacturing facility.
Working within WHO-GMP operations to ensure full compliance.
Supporting regulatory submissions and reviewing technical documentation.
Guiding manufacturing teams on proper manufacturing practices.
Helping to improve systems and strengthen internal processes.
Contributing to decisions regarding product quality and patient safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a Registered Pharmacist (mandatory requirement).
BA/BSc/HND qualification in Pharmacy or related field.
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
High ownership mindset and professional integrity.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
Comfortable working across different departments.
