Job Description
Pharmaplus Pharmacies is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join its established team. In this role, you will be the primary owner of paid acquisition and traffic growth strategies. You will be responsible for managing advertising spends across key digital channels and optimizing conversion funnels to drive customer acquisition and business growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys working with creative teams and managing budgets to achieve high ROI.
Core Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns: Execute and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
Funnel Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
Creative Management: Collaborate with the content team to develop, test, and refine ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Budget Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets across different platforms to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Traffic volume
New customers acquired
Click-through rate (CTR)
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Demonstrated ability in budget allocation and funnel optimization.
A professional portfolio demonstrating past marketing successes and campaign performance.
