Payroll Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll (salaries, bonuses, deductions) and ensure accuracy for all employees.
• Co-ordinate with HRBPs, Finance, and other departments monthly for payroll inputs and fund transfer.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, labour laws, and statutory requirements, including filing payroll taxes and reports.
• Maintain monthly statutory tax receipts without fail for all countries.
• Maintain and update payroll records (e.g., new hires, terminations, transfers) in payroll systems and handle changes in job status, titles, and compensation updates.
• Compile and present payroll data, including summaries of earnings, taxes, and deductions for management.
• Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and paychecks.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
• Assist and provide audit-related documents to auditors and manage internal and external payroll audits.

Requirements and Qualifications

• BA/BSc/HND degree.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll process management.
• Working knowledge of payroll software.
• Basic knowledge of tax procedures.
• Familiarity with benefits and other wage deductions.
• Multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
