As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you demonstrate personal purpose around improving the patient journey, as well as a strong passion to create value and impact on the ecosystem. You think from an Enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, in order to bring the best possible outcomes to both the local health environment, and more broadly, across Roche globally.

Candidate Profile & Experience
- System Thinker & Listener: Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, including partnering with disease area experts, organizations, and Patient Advocacy Groups.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, formulating strategies out of market and disease-driven insights, and orchestrating execution.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to nurture strong relationships focused on patient-centricity.
- Commercial & Medical Acumen: Expertise in commercialization, medical excellence, customer experience, and digital tool integration.
- Agile & Access Expertise: Familiarity with medical and market access topics combined with deep experience in agile ways of working.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: University degree in science, medical, or related field. An advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in marketing of pharmaceutical products, healthcare solutions, brand management, or similar roles within the healthcare industry.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English for seamless collaboration across the global Roche enterprise.
