Role Overview\nCFAO Motors Kenya Limited is seeking a Parts Supervisor for their Kisumu branch. The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement effective strategies that promote customer acquisition and retention for all brands to support business growth. This includes managing parts sales targets, overseeing warehouse security, and ensuring operational compliance with Toyota standards.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n#### Managerial and Supervisory Duties\n* Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention across all brands.\n* Prepare budget actions for financial sales in line with management guidelines for accurate planning.\n* Develop the departmental budget to ensure resource allocation for parts sales strategies.\n* Coordinate branch parts department operations to ensure sales targets are achieved.\n* Maintain effective customer networks to drive business growth and revenue.\n* Manage the security of parts warehouse operations according to Toyota policy.\n\n#### Operational Responsibilities\n* Monitor Parts Sales Representative performance against targets and address gaps.\n* Supervise the issuance of quotations following CFAO Mobility Kenya guidelines.\n* Track stock movements and record lost sales to maintain appropriate inventory levels.\n* Organize the warehouse according to Dealer Operations Parts Kaizen (DPOK) guidelines.\n* Ensure compliance with parts management processes to minimize risk.\n* Maintain parts store cleanliness and organization for efficiency and Anzen compliance.\n* Execute daily stock orders to facilitate supply from the Central Parts Depot.\n* Oversee the return of parts to the Central Parts Depot.\n* Monitor credit accounts and follow up on outstanding debt collections.\n* Manage the customer database and request creation of new accounts.\n* Update visual control boards for performance tracking.\n* Review ageing stock reports and return aged parts.\n* Coordinate mid-year and annual stock counts and report variances.\n* Perform weekly perpetual counts and report to management.\n* Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction and retention.\n* Prepare regular performance reports for the department.\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant field.\n* Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management (an added advantage).\n* Minimum of 5 years working experience in parts operations within a similar-sized organization.\n* Proven leadership and management ability to lead and mentor teams.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online through the official application portal at: which redirects to the CFAO Mobility Kenya career site.
