Westland Medical Centre is looking for a qualified Part-time Nutritionist to join their medical team in Nairobi. Westland Medical Centre offers a range of services including general medical and ACC GP and Nurse appointments, punch biopsy, minor surgery, ECGs, vaccinations/immunisations (including travel and childhood), steroid injections, spirometry, catheter care, liquid nitrogen treatment, ear suction, suturing, wound care, and contraception.
Responsibilities
Provide professional nutritional advice and guidance to patients.
Evaluate the nutritional needs of patients and develop appropriate dietary plans.
Support patient health and wellness through dietary interventions within a clinical setting.
Collaborate with the medical team (GPs and Nurses) to ensure holistic patient care.
Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of professional experience as a Nutritionist.
Experience working within a medical center or healthcare environment is preferred.
