Role Overview
As an Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. You will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services while adhering to our deeply ingrained core values.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
Perform surgical procedures to repair, replace, or correct bone and joint issues.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of clinical staff to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Develop and implement individual treatment and recovery plans for patients.
Provide post-operative guidance and long-term rehabilitation support.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent in Medicine (MBChB).
Specialized training and certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
Proven experience as a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon.
Registration and valid licensing from the relevant medical board in Kenya.
Passion for advancing healthcare and making a meaningful impact in the community.
